2.2.0: add sublime keybindings to editor

2.1.0: Replace text editor with CodeMirror, change defaults, remove animations and unnecessary data from package.json.

HUGE Breaking change: Old configs and previous settings are no longer valid. If your colm has broken as a result, run `browser.storage.local.clear();` in your Firefox Console to clear the old Browser configuration.
