I switched the cache to be based on origin, not hostname, to distinguish between http and https requests.

I also added a new Clear cache button to the addon popup.

Sometimes Firefox resets the badge when while loading the tab after it had been set by this extension. This update delays setting the badge until the tab finishes loading.
