this extension lets you hide tweets that only contain text from certain users

1. go to their Twitter page
2. click on their "user actions" button
3. select "Mute text-only tweets" from the dropdown
4. refresh your timeline or their profile page
5. unmute them by clicking "Unmute text-only tweets" or through the extension's options
