It was very difficult to delete his name.
There is no one to talk to. Not even a chatbot.
1Password decided to not recognize my desktop computer today and wanted my secret key??
I want to know if all my passwords are in 1Password so I can I delete the ones on my computer.

- 5점 만점에 1점Drone Pilot 님, 3년 전Keep asking to log in the app each time I try to enter a password, and thus, despite the fact the app and extension are already logged in. UN-installing and reinstalling the extension fix the issue for a bit, but then it start all over again, asking to login again and again.

If you could send an email to support+x@1password.com, we'd be happy to work with you and get 1Password working the way it should. - 3/28: App is now stalling in a loading indicator. Look elsewhere, seems like they don't care about firefox support.
2/21: Still getting worse. Never stays in sync with desktop app so entering passcode twice. App is excruciatingly slow in firefox compared to others in doing anything.
They're compromising developer experience at the cost of consumer convenience. It's slower than previous versions, more intrusive in the most inconvenient of ways and now is just lipstick on a really bad UX. Only benefit is outside of owning your password management, they're the only ones left with security.개발자 답글

- Everytime Fiefox updates, this plugin stops working and I have to reinstall it.
I don't know what was changed in one of the more recent updates but it seems to be hijacking the address bar and form fields in a way that I have to click multiple times to manually enter any text. ABNOXIOUS개발자 답글

Pop-up window blocks the very form items I want to complete. Show in Large Type, essential for filling in selecting character type verification now produces a much larger window that covers the fields I need to fill, cannot be moved, and disappears the moment you click off of it (it used to remain on screen until dismissed). Don't the developers actually use the product. I need to figure out how to revert to an earlier, functional version.

It asks for master password almost every time I want to use it, after spending about 5 seconds thinking whether to ask it or not.

Please send an email to support+x@1password.com so our team can discuss this.- Just doing the upgrade to v8 and nothing but problems. Finally managed to get the extension installed and the icon showing up in the toolbar.
HOWEVER, 1Password does not let me use it without turning off "Never remember history" and/or "Always use private browsing mode". Never had this issue before so unsure why now, and can't seem to get an answer or solution from 1Password support.
Seems crazy to me that all of a sudden I have to give up privacy and browsing preferences to be able to use this program. Deal breaker for me so I'm hoping support can help in the end.개발자 답글

1Password for Firefox needs the ability to write to the local database to store data. If Firefox is configured to always launch in Private Browsing mode, then 1Password doesn't have the ability to write to that local database.
If you'd like to use 1Password in Firefox as well as browse in Private Browsing mode, configuring Firefox to not open in Private Browsing mode automatically, then manually launching a Private Browsing window would be your best bet. You can configure 1Password to be allowed in Private Browsing mode in the extension settings page. 개발자 답글

I have been unable to retrieve pwds or login on my iPhone and so called customer service has not even recognized the problem.

If you’d be willing to send an email to support+social@1password.com along with your support ID (ABC-12345-123) we’ll have someone follow up and look into what happened. - had to reinstall the extension on a fresh profile, and, o boy: 1pass does no longer give the usable functionality of days past: I do have expressively click on the 1pw extension in the bar and enter User/PW credentials, no fingerprint (as before), no direct popup near the formfields - pure just frustration.
So, decided to migrate all away from this stumbling fumbling frency... It used to be cool and nice, but UX just declined downhill with 1pass!개발자 답글
