Both extensions have been updated to work with at least the Firefox versions listed here: https://gitlab.com/AnthyG/adblock-gradients/-/merge_requests/1#note_1655010833

However I do recommend using AdBlock-Gradients instead of pinteblock, because it eases the development process for me (as in I have to do less).
