🐛 Bug Fixes

Require at least one payment session to be ready to show the website as monetized (#1129).
Fix issues with incorrect management of pause/resume monetization states (#1128).
Correctly resume sessions when revoked key is re-added (#1133).
Improve how we clear internal monetization state on page reload or unload (#1119).
Refine how tabs open during wallet connection and budget updates. Now, instead of an empty tab opening before loading a page, a new tab will open directly with the intended website (#1125).
During wallet connection, avoid overriding the amount set by user with the default recommended budget (#1122).
