- Cleanup UX of importing settings, it's now one button
- Added table headers and placeholders so it's clear what each input does
- Fixed bug where the addon would duplicate entries
- Made the save button turn green on click (and actually trigger a save)

- Added DNS resolution. In order for this to function to function within the bounds of the firefox API, the browser's proxy needs to be set briefly while populating the DNS cache. Some requests during startup may go through your proxy(s).

- Added import/export buttons.
