This extension collects no information at all.

The only data it touches is Zoom.us meeting links, which it rewrites slightly to take the user directly to the web client join page instead of the page that tries to convince you to use the proprietary Zoom app. As soon as it has rewritten the link, it forgets even that tiny bit of data.
