This add-on does not transmit user data, however it does have an option to count how many ads are skipped with the add-on. This is for the developer's bragging rights :)
This can be disabled by clicking on the plugin's icon on the toolbar and turning on "Disable skip counting".
No information other than the add being skipped is transferred.
