Support mods that have grouped keyboard sounds, browser sounds, and themes. (e.g. Underwave)

The mod installer now tries harder to find missing files. If it can't, you can now try again and skip the missing assets. This should solve most of the cases where a mod isn't downloadable due to weird mod metadata
Disabled the "Detect in address bar" option on Android, since the required APIs aren't implemented on Firefox for Android
Renamed the "Layers" section in the mod creator to "Background Music" to make it less confusing
Fixed many bugs with the Global Mute option

Added version number to the bottom of the Mod Manager
- This also doubles as a button for opening the new debug modal, not much interesting inside of it though

- You can edit these by going to "about:addons", then the ⚙, and hitting "Manage Extension Shortcuts"
- By default: toggle background music with Ctrl + Alt + B, toggle keyboard sounds with Ctrl + Alt + K, and toggle global mute with Ctrl + Alt + G
Automatic mute should no longer get stuck when closing a tab that's playing audio
Attempted to fix more edge cases with address bar detection

Muted tabs should no longer be included in automatic background muting checks, this also makes muting tabs immediately bring the music back

This is a very scuffed implementation due to WebExtension limitations, and it requires you to have autocomplete for your search engine enabled. It essentially uses the proxy permission to detect the web requests that typing in the address bar sends. Granting this permission is completely optional.
This method is nowhere near perfect and can produce false positives and negatives. But hey, better something rather than nothing, right? 🥴

Runs in iframes and about:blank now -- which means typing sounds and sound effects should work in more places (for example, typing should work in Google Docs now!)
