This extension will submit the URLs you request to archive to the archiving service (archive.is, archive.org etc.). Likewise your bookmarks are submitted so they are archived, but this can be disabled at the preferences.

The URLs are transferred over HTTPS / TLS (except when stated otherwise) so only the archiving service should be able to know them.

Other than the above, Archiveror is not interested in your data and does nothing with it.
