    5) Settings page has a button to clear out temporary excludes and temporary includes - #16
    6) Settings page shows a list of Filters for cleaning URLs - #18 - list shows up when logging is enabled - as it's for advanced users only
    7) Added an Advanced Settings page that can be used to clear out 1) all of excludes list 2) stats 3) filters

    1. When some brands add tracker parts in the URLs that have "twitter.com" in the URL, now we don't consider that an excluded page - issue 3
    2. Now, more than one page in Reader mode in Firefox can be exited as it's now a map that holds tab number and tab url and checks against that - issue 5

    Please let me know via review/github issue/email/twitter if you think it's a good idea for some other site(s) to be there in default excludes.
