MtgGoldfishToCad add the Canadian Dollars (CAD$) price next to the US Dollars price for an ease of conversion.

Features:
* Display the Canadian price when viewing cards, sets and decks.
* Movers and Shakers and Movers (ex: https://www.mtggoldfish.com/movers/paper/standard) and Shakers Detailed prices (ex: https://www.mtggoldfish.com/movers-details/paper/standard/winners/dod).
* Price Lists (ex: https://www.mtggoldfish.com/prices/pioneer) and Total Format Lists (ex: https://www.mtggoldfish.com/index/pioneer).
* Fast and Plug and Play.

Updates:
* v1.1 Added per cards and per decks.
* v1.2 Fixed US Dollars number conversion to address NaN errors.
* v1.3 Added Movers and Shakers and Movers and Shakers Detailed prices.
* v1.4 Fixed error in the usdToCadPerSets.js when there was no price to convert.
* v1.5 Fixed errors in all .js to only covert a price if there is a price.
* v1.6 Added Price Lists and Total Format Lists.
* v1.7 Fixed additional $ chars in usdToCadIndexes.js & Added other matching url for */deck/*
* v1.8 Fixed error on 'user submitted deck' in usdToCadPrices.js to not run the script unless he find the selector. Refactor codes.

To Do:
* Mobile Firefox version.
* Fix Movers 'n Shakers and Movers 'n Shakers Detailed to display the (CAD$) price on the same line.

Note di versione per la versione 1.8

* Fixed error in user submitted decks because my script was loading, but shouldn't.
* Refactors and made sure code only run if it find the selector.
- storage permission, don't need it I think.
+ commented out failed attempt of last ToDo problem in usdToCadPrices.js
