End User License Agreement (EULA) for 9GAG Bot Zapper

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (the "End User" or "You") and [Your Name/Company Name] ("Licensor," "We," "Us," or "Our") for the use of the "9GAG Bot Zapper" browser extension ("the Extension").

PLEASE READ THIS EULA CAREFULLY BEFORE INSTALLING OR USING THE EXTENSION.

By installing, accessing, or using the Extension, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install, access, or use the Extension.

1. Grant of License

Subject to the terms and conditions of this EULA, the Licensor grants You a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Extension solely for your personal, non-commercial use, on a single web browser instance.

1. Description of Service

The 9GAG Bot Zapper Extension is designed to identify and hide posts on the 9GAG website (https://9gag.com) that are present in a publicly maintained blacklist of suspected bot-generated content. The Extension modifies the appearance of 9GAG pages in your browser to remove these elements from view.

1. No Warranty

THE EXTENSION IS PROVIDED "AS IS," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE EXTENSION OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE EXTENSION.

The Licensor does not warrant that the Extension will be uninterrupted, error-free, effective, or secure.
The Licensor does not warrant that the blacklist data will be accurate, complete, or up-to-date.
The Extension's functionality may be affected by changes to the 9GAG website, browser updates, or other factors outside the Licensor's control.


1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Licensor be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Extension; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Extension; (iii) any content obtained from the Extension; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

1. Restrictions on Use

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose, or otherwise commercially exploit the Extension or make the Extension available to any third party.
Copy or use the Extension for any purpose other than as permitted under Section 1 of this EULA.
Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of the Extension.
Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice (including any notice of copyright or trademark) of the Licensor or its affiliates, partners, suppliers, or the licensors of the Extension.


1. Intellectual Property

The Extension, including all copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights, are and shall remain the sole and exclusive property of the Licensor.

1. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated by you or the Licensor.

You may terminate this EULA by uninstalling the Extension from your browser.
The Licensor may terminate this EULA at any time without notice if you fail to comply with any provision of this EULA.
Upon termination, you shall cease all use of the Extension and uninstall it from your browser.


1. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bulgaria, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

1. Severability

If any provision of this EULA is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

1. Entire Agreement

This EULA, together with the Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Licensor regarding your use of the Extension and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous written or oral agreements between you and the Licensor.
