Having used LastPass for many years I will return to this software although I have paid for NordVPN.

- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 18964465, a month agoThis add-on doesn't work. It won't autofill passwords on websites. I've tried to update both the add-on and the nordpass software (which is buggy too) but still no luck.

Sometimes doesn't fill passwords. What's the point of putting this out there if it doesn't work?

posted 2 months agoHi Arafel, sorry about the hassle. Firefox may log out due to Autolock settings. Adjust them via NordPass Settings under the Security section. Norpass' developers, please stop suggesting users to contact support because support is UNABLE even to understand the problems. It's more than 10 day I have been writing to explain the problem and the only thing they do is continuosly ask the same questions instead to to solve problems!!! Look at the other reviews to see what is wrong with this junky add-on. Junky support too!

- Rated 1 out of 5by DukenuKoen, 3 months agoI would have given it 5 stars before it went offline. But when it went offline I had to search for information as to why it was not available anymore. I found some post on Reddit, but the Nord-account stopped providing us with updates or replies. Leaving us in the dark for weeks is just lousy customer service. I have cancelled my (second) 3-year subscription on all Nord-services, after being a loyal paying customer for years. Sad to do so, but this is NOT how you treat your customers.
