Hemnet extension oleh LuMa

This extension calculates the estimated monthly cost of an apartment for sale on hemnet based on some set parameters.
It assumes 4,7% interest rate, 2% amortization and a down payment of 15%. It then combines this with the provided rent and utility costs from the advertisment.
