You were correct, version 1.1 completely disabled scrolling on the page.
This is now fixed in version 1.2, you can now scroll the comment section of a Short.

You were correct, version 1.0 did not revert scrolling functionality after leaving the Shorts view.
I have now fixed this issues in version 1.1

Often the addon doesnt start immediately so you need to reload the page though, same for leaving shorts, sometimes you need to reload to gain access to scroll again. Opening anything in a new tab however bypasses this problem however.
