Bug fix for settings page

Fix small bug with wardrobe groups where items were shown in wrong categories :)

Features:
- Wardrobe GROUPS! Drag and drop items into groups (you must hover for a second to activate grouping). Use it for recolours, back/front layers or whatever else you can think of!
- Whole new Settings page system.
- "Create a shop link" with worn items in the shop. With this, you can create a custom link with the items you've made.
- Add notes directly when blocking people.

Fixes
- Adding an image to a FMB post will no longer crop the text area, so that half the text disappears.
- Styling changes to collection popup (better wardrobe), multi-colour popup (better wardrobe), enlarged images and wishlist-trade button
- Synchronisation with gSt is now updated with all categories in the better wardrobe

Fix: favourites and wishlist buttons were not shown in the better wardrobe and wishlist

- Shopping: Remove the community made banner, now that there is a tab for it

- Forum posts with long links now show up correctly again

- Problems with Better Wishlist fixed: couldn't remove hairs with back-layer, and could add mulitple of the same item if last action was reordering.
