This add-on does not "Restart" the download (don't get confused by the name of the add-on). But it will also resume downloads that were paused by the user.

Damn it. ANOTHER resume download addon that restarts the download from the beginning. For gods sake how much does it take to emulate a mouse press on the 'Retry' icon in FF downloads? USELESS!!
