Parsons-KeePassXC-Browser per Security

Parsons KeePassXC-Browser was ported from KeePass & KeePassXC for use on Parsons assets. Because Firefox does not offer an API to communicate with the built-in password manager Parsons KeePassHTTP-Connector is required for secure management.
