A proposito de iste extension

Note: I am aware that some people have had issues with this doing nothing at all when clicked. I am still not sure why that was happening, but I believe I have fixed it; if you are still seeing this problem with v1.1.1, please create an issue on GitHub.

This was a feature request from my father. He wanted a quick and easy way to email a link to the page he was looking at, so I built this. The subject and message body are customizable in the addon preferences, and both can include the url and page title.

- Added an optional list of frequent recipients (thanks to Tomasz Nowak <https://github.com/tomaszn/> for the initial idea and code), set in preferences
- Changed how the mailto URL is launched, which should (I hope) fix issues users have experienced
