per A Firefox User, 9 წლის წინIt looks like Evernote has again decided removed the ability to clip to the local app, instead forcing everyone to clip to the website. They did this years ago, but backtracked after all the negative reaction, which they are getting again.
Long ago, their add-on used to be rated 4.5-5 stars. Then they removed local clipping and all the negative reviews dropped it down to 3 stars. They did it again, and I wouldn't be surprised if the rating drops to 1 star.
Evernote, learn from your mistakes. Re-enable local clipping!
I have downgraded to Version 6.2.0 to regain access to local clipping.

All I want to do is be able to clip Wall Street Journal articles into Evernote, as I have done in the past. But after almost one month I am still unable to do so.
