The best youtube video/audio download add-on I have ever used. The software is updated as changes are made by youtube. I download video many times a day and this is my favorite tool to easily capture those videos today that may vanish tomorrow.

Best one for what they say they can do. I am very thankful to their hardwork and it sucks when it doesn't work, I get upset cause NO OTHER PLUGIN CAN COMPARE EVER, but don't fret or worry too much cause I found that you can ALWAYS count on them to make a repair eventually and it is back to working in a decent amount of time. BEST PLUGIN I HAVE, a MUST HAVE. THANK YOU so much!

The developer and maintainer of this add-on is very clearly dedicated to keeping it up and running with quick updates, especially when YouTube changes its code to try and break downloading extensions.

Works as described, even when Youtube change the code to break addons the author is very fast to update. If you have an issue then give it a few days to see if it is fixed.

Great little facility - most useful for saving the odd appealing video which you may want to come back to, or store elsewhere (videos DO occasionally get taken down, and I wish I'd had this add-on before some of those I used to re-visit disappeared for good). Sometimes a little slow to get started, but you only need to be patient, or possibly re-start the download, for those few you'll want to keep. Just bought him a coffee above the suggested amount, and now doing this review to show my appreciation.

He is always working on fixes,"Easy Youtube Video Downloader" software just updated to a major CODEBASE change to latest v 17.2 (Updated 12-SEPT-2021) which Fixes the "Download Button not visible" and restores ability to "Download private and unlisted youtube videos once again" issues after Youtube made major changes to their codes.

This is a GREAT download add on for YouTube. I have used it for years and find it to be very useful for downloading mp3 and mp4 formats with different options for file size and download quality. YouTube does not like it's videos downloaded and therefore many developers have a hard time maintaining their applications when YouTube changes their coding to discourage downloading. This developer is constantly maintaining the software to counter YouTube's efforts to thwart downloads. Highly recommended. Easy to use, high quality downloads, and great support. Get it!

He is presently working to update this app for proper functionality. Give him some time, He is a good guy. I like this app, just that YT keeps changing things on him. Update, works well. Hard to believe one guy does this. Thanks!!
