...for this addon.
Edit:
A couple of things.
When double clicking a word in the popup, search that word too.
For some reason, it fails on the word "rapidly". - Classificate 5 de 5per Usator de Firefox 15962124, há 5 anosExcellent! The only criticism would be the "Searching... Please wait." screen. The lag is undesirable and could be worked on, but showing a "searching" screen makes it worse than it would look without such a note.

Just a question: a previous reviewer mentioned that it was necessary to define "dom.webcomponents.shadowdom.enabled" as true in about:config... I'd like to know more about this, since the plug-in works well even without that property being set.Responsa de disveloppator
publicate há 5 anosIf you are using Firefox version 62 and below, then enabling dom.webcomponents.shadowdom.enabled in about:config was required, in version 63 and above Shadow DOM is enabled by default, so this is not required. - Classificate 5 de 5per James Loflin, há 5 anos
- Classificate 5 de 5per dizzyispower, há 5 anosJust what I was looking for. Quick pop up dictionary with short definition.
- The very best addon for dictionay: I've asked a feature to the developer and he understood and found an even better solution. Be aware of privacy if you use other addons doing similar things: this addon take care of your privacy by letting you ask for a definition only if you want (the Trigger key you need to press to get the definition: I love the Shift one).

- This Add-On should be the 1st recommendation (not just 'bumped' up to the first page) by Mozilla when anyone searches for 'definition' or 'dictionary', because it's brilliant. It's quick, intuitive, and very easy to use, yet effective at its intended task.
"Dictionary Anywhere" is definitely the best "Definition" add-on I've tried (and I've tried close to a dozen in the past week). All of the alternative add-ons that I tested were just not as reliable; and not as polished and "clean-looking" as "Dictionary Anywhere".
Thank you for providing such a useful, simple-to-utilize, yet unobtrusive, add-on for my current Firefox 'setup'. Outstanding job, meetDeveloper! - Classificate 5 de 5per Usator de Firefox 15317285, há 6 anosI love it!
Unless I missed it, it's a shame this extension doesn't have text options and dark mode. Add that and it's golden... or dark?
