Firefox Blocking Webex Extension download and Zoom functions!!! The Extension does not activate the downloading and installing the app to join the meeting. I've been using Zoom/Webex for years on my PC work computer and my personal Mac. Today, 2/10/25 I tried to sign into a Massachusetts Unemployment training (which I've attended 5 years ago using Webex). But this Cisco Webex Extension is not downloading for me to install and join the meeting. It has worked in the past. So today's experience and last week's experience when Firefox prevented me from from screen-sharing on Zoom (which failed because the add-on extension did not activate) has made me realize I need to use Google-Chrome like most corporations and organizations do. Your IT team needs to do better user-testing, QA and provide user-friendly next steps for all of the Firefox blocking.

Service is crap! Trying to login in to a simple meeting and getting stopped with this fucking bullshit! Fucking hate it.

Still can't join webex in browser

Doesn't work. Too much work to figure it out when there are many better easier solutions out there.

Absolutely crap! This is not a true extension. It forces you to download the crappy webex software and install it!

Somehow, i couldn't get webex and firefox to work together. I can't login to my organisations webex platform. but in edge, and others no problem.
webex seems can't to work with firefox. are you guys okay?
i followed the instructions given at webex.com, but to no avail.
it frustrates me and motivates me to write this review.

Doesn't work on Firefox, Manjaro Linux. Better move to any other best alternatives like google meet or Microsoft as they support native desktop versions or they only depend on websites.
And another worse is that, viewing recorded meeting of web-ex through Android is not possible.
How it would be possible for everyone to buy a laptop or desktop?
It would be better atleast if web-ex has support to play its recording videos in Android which is almost nearly impossible.

Slow. Consumes lots of CPU. It's faster to cut and paste the meeting URL into the app.

No use to me as a Linux User. Plus that I will now allow your extensions to access all my web data.

This Webex extension doesn't work when using Firefox on Ubuntu Linux.

Wants to "Access your data for all websites".
Hell no!! This is not even legal in the EU.
