This, along with every single one of Carlos Jeurissen's extensions, is a veritable necessity for the serious Web surfer, and this one especially is SO helpful for users of Google services. I had rated it 5 stars for years, and it's one of the very first extensions I install when setting up a new browser installation, whether Firefox/Floorp, Chrome, Opera GX or another browser.

Recently, however, the Gmail and Inbox tabs inside the Black Menu popup window fail to load, or else load and are merely black, with no access to my email. I've done some research and found that it's supposedly either going to be fixed or already has, which brings me great hope for the extension, but as of today (2025-02-20) it's not working for me, still. That said, every single other Google service the Menu integrates (at least the ones I've checked) work brilliantly, as usual. I modified my rating to 4 stars, only because it's impossible to rate it 4.999... stars, which is what I feel it deserves. But I plan on changing it back to 5 stars as soon as the issue's fixed.

Other than this, I have NEVER had a single issue with this stable, efficient, outstandingly practical and helpful extension, and I'd like to point out as well that, unlike many extensions, it's kept up-to-date nearly always, something that's not easy to do, I might add. I know this, being a veteran software engineer. Thanks, Carlos! I'll appreciate the fix, and I love your extensions! Rest assured I'm a huge fan and will recommend them to anyone I can! <3

Menu doesn't show up in toolbar in Firefox.

Plus moyen d'accéder à l'extension par la barre d'outil de FF. N'apparait pas non plus dans le 1er menu de gestion des extensions, celui affichant les extensions activées ou non visibles.

Yes, I have the same issue with the icon not showing so it's not usable at the moment.

I'm still leaving 5 stars since it was great when it worked.

With FF 133 version and extension version
25.48.0 the icon in the toolbar is no more available, so useless until this issue will be fixed.
UPDATE 21/12/2024 - Issue Fixed and now working again

The badge for this extension doesn't even show up on the toolbar anymore. What happened?

Excellent, and works flawlessly. Would like to see other svcs implemented. (Not bloat - just useful additions like MS360, Proton Mail, maybe a couple others I'm not remembering now. Failing that, maybe just custom links. And an Rss reader... and a file browser, better yet - make it a desktop OS app that lives in the tasbar, or... lol - seriously though - It's great and keep up the good work.

As an aside - the donate buttons aren't working.

Excellent tool for working with Google services, and helps to stay more productive.

Speed is the only issue for me. Even when I deleted everything except for mail and keep its slow and stuttering. Has good potential if that can be improved.

Been using it for years, mostly to see My Calendar quickly at a glance and to make any quick little edits. Super useful add-on.
