Don't these people realize I am busy doing something to force the ad on me? Plus it doesn't keep track of whether I paid them anything. Today I installed it on a new PC, and it FORCED ME to pay $5 (which it said I can a refund, but don't see how to do that; it IS probably worth $5). I see now when I click the ABP icon, I get a small ad at the bottom of that window. It's disgusting. ABP's obnoxious ads will keep me from ever paying them money again -- unless of course they force the issue on yet another new PC someday. I like the ads-blocking, but I hate the constant, obnoxious begging for money. Also, I'm not going to bother researching it, but I am an American, but the charge ($5) was international (I got a credit-card warning). Also, for some reason, it gave me PREMIUM for a while: I don't want it. I turned off the features that seemed linked to PREMIUM.

We are updating the extension, therefore a popup might appear (it will only happen once per browser/device), but you can simply close it and continue browsing. If the issue happens even with ABP off/page allowlisted, it means that something else is causing it the issue. Some websites indeed have an anti ad blocking wall in place, which requires users to disable their ad blockers to access the page.
