Conventional comments button od kapsiR

When doing reviews, it's very helpful to get an overview over the reviewers intentions.
If you use conventional comments (conventionalcomments.org), this makes the whole process a lot easier and cleaner.
This extension helps using these on GitLab when doing e.g. merge request reviews.
