Enhances WST Play video playback with spoiler-free mode, resuming where you stopped, and more keyboard controls.

- Use the toolbar button to toggle (see Screenshots showing where to find it). Defaults to being off.
- Refresh the page to have the change take effect.
Stores where you left off watching non-live videos
Keyboard actions on videos:
- spacebar to pause/play
  - may need to click on video first
- left/right arrows to go back/fwd 10 seconds
- hold shift + L/R to go back/fwd 5 minutes
