Fixed skipping MGCP animation.

Now supporting multiple GC on PPDG

Now able to extract GC info! Click the extension icon in the URL page on the GC page of either MGCP or PPDG to extract the info and put it right on your clipboard, ready to be saved in a csv file.

Also fixed an issue causing the animation on PPDG GC that were gifted to someone to not get skipped.

Fix assert so that it only logs when the wrong thing happens.

Fixed issue where the Skip button was not automatically clicked on PPDG GC sent as a gift.

Now automatically skips the gift animation when opening gift cards from Paypal Digital Gifts.

Corrected 96 px icon location.
