Better information about how to reset auth token and notification when auth token is not set.

Now display "@me" (and "@me subscribed") in the same default text color as Hacker News (no more blinking divs!). When you subscribe, remove the button. Also, you must explicitly enable logging in the extension preferences.

Add Hacker News API URL to permissions.
