A new option is available: Generate List of Pending PRs

This option works on the commits section of a PR and generates a list of issues and their PRs that don't belong to the current PR ('foreign' issues). Foreign issues occur when a developer fixes an issue in PROD and is now trying to merge into NEXT, but their branch contains commits for other issues that haven't been merged into NEXT yet.

Updated to support GitHub's new issue timelinea UI

The "Find a comment" option is now configurable, if you or your team is interested in quickly finding certain comments in GitHub issues then you can configure that on the extension options.

Added a new option to find comments that begin with "testing", this is useful if your team leaves testing notes as a comment!
