    3) Switched regex check from exec to test for speed improvement in huge patterns - #14
    4) Temporary excludes and Temporary excludes are now shown in settings page - #15
    5) Settings page has a button to clear out temporary excludes and temporary includes - #16
    6) Settings page shows a list of Filters for cleaning URLs - #18 - list shows up when logging is enabled - as it's for advanced users only
    7) Added an Advanced Settings page that can be used to clear out 1) all of excludes list 2) stats 3) filters

    3. Updated the Default ExcludesList with even more hostnames.

    Fixes :
    1. When some brands add tracker parts in the URLs that have "twitter.com" in the URL, now we don't consider that an excluded page - issue 3
    2. Now, more than one page in Reader mode in Firefox can be exited as it's now a map that holds tab number and tab url and checks against that - issue 5

    2) Settings page provides an option to enable experimental feature to load all urls of a given page using a 'selector', a word from the urls shown in a page (for example, "chapter") Enabling this setting adds a new button and selector field to popup menu
    3) Updated Default Excludes with few more sites.

    Please let me know via review/github issue/email/twitter if you think it's a good idea for some other site(s) to be there in default excludes.
