Not possible to install Communicator software (checking for newer version in a loop).

Flagged as a Trojan by my Antivirus

Doesn't work unless you download and open other applications that work with this add-on. It's not a plug and play add on, that's for sure.

No existing update & flagged as Virus

It want's you to install a separate exe, Don't use this program

Cannot find a way to install the extra program this requires on a Mac. Have some experience of using Terminal and am very IT literate, without being an IT professional, but can not get this off the ground with the instructions supplied.

Doesn't work. No explanation offered. Mozilla should remove it.
