Very useful addon, thanks! Is it possible to catch links to private chats like `t.me/c/123/456` and redirect them to the UI `web.telegram.org/k/#-123/456` ?

When you click on a link like tg://resolve?phone=7964... at https://t.me/+7964... webpage nothing happens.
