di afred, hace 6 mesesamazing add-on for helping me focus; I use the delay-page option so I'm forced to evaluate whether i want to waste time on youtube for 60 seconds before it opens.
I recommend taking the time to understand the functions because it can block pages in a lot of ways depending on what works for you.

Very customizable and has so many options presented in an organized way. This has saved me so much time. UI is a bit hard to grasp at first, but once you get used to it you get to appreciate the tons of functions.
