- Noté 5 sur 5par xvpo, il y a 9 joursA truly great add-on for anyone that works in ServiceNow admin or development. At this point I'm probably a little too dependent on it but I think that just shows how useful SN Utils is. Hats off to Arnoud for the amazing work!

- Noté 5 sur 5par codaroma, il y a un anAs a ServiceNow admin/dev I can not imagine my work life without this invaluable add-on. If you find any issues Arnoud moves heaven and earth to get to the root of it and provide a fast fix. Top class tool and top class support.

This involved this issue:
https://github.com/arnoudkooi/ServiceNow-Utils/issues/476
I always try to be responsive, especially when there is a bug.
If there is a problem, I recommend creating GitHub issue, if there isn't one already. - Noté 5 sur 5par NachtKoorts, il y a un an

- Noté 4 sur 5par Kelinur, il y a 2 ansI love this extension my only complaint is that it will not allow me to add the fedramp sites as an allowed site. It would be nice to update the manifest.json to include "https://*.servicenowservices.com/*" which would allow this to work on all fedramp ServiceNow sites as well.

mis en ligne : il y a 2 ansFor all non service-now.com domains, you can use the SN Utils OnPrem version.
Also available for Firefox and linked to from my website https://arnoudkooi.com
(For problems you can also file a issue or check in with me via other channels)
Update: I hope you were able to find SN Utils OnPrem, please let me know. - Noté 5 sur 5par Utilisateur ou utilisatrice 18080748 de Firefox, il y a 2 ans

Did you try recreating the bookmark? Ithink it may take a snapshot? Otherwise I dont think I can control that... - Noté 5 sur 5par hhm, il y a 3 ans

Edit: The author contacted me and gave me all the support and he fixed the problem of the errors I showed on Github. Definitely deserves 5 stars. Congratulations on the app!
For those who work with ServiceNow, it is by far the best FireFox app! Congrats!!Réponse du développeur
mis en ligne : il y a 3 ansCould you share more details / steps to reproduce direct to me or via a GitHub issue? I tried and for me /lang works.

I'm only seeing this now, in general a Issue is better to report problems. - Noté 5 sur 5par Dario Chiesa, il y a 3 ans
- Noté 1 sur 5par Anonymous, il y a 3 ansI used to love this extension. The most recent update pushed out a 'feature' that automatically opens surveys in new tabs. This is unacceptable
Réponse du développeur
mis en ligne : il y a 3 ansThis was not a feature. This is a one time request to get feedback, that you can dismiss with one click, if you dont want to.
I put in a lot of time and try to be available and transparant via all channels (SN Devs, GitHub etc.) to hear how SN Utils can be improved. It does hurt me you choose to give an anonymous 1 star review.
I invite you to contact me (apps@arnoudkooi.com). So we can discuss, as trust is an important thing to me.
(Edit: it has been 2 months. I assume you no longer use SN Utils. If so please adjust your review)
Thanks,
Arnoud - Noté 5 sur 5par GC Zyre, il y a 4 ansBeen using this for years, and LOVE it!! However, when using on FireFox, when I double-click on a reference field the pop-up used to give the sys_id... which was awesome... now it gives the "Value of sys_display.xxxx" instead of the sys_id!?!? Is there a setting that I'm missing? I want to get the sys_id not the display value.
EDIT:
Updated to 5 stars... you fixed that fast! Thank you <3Réponse du développeur
mis en ligne : il y a 4 ansThanks, This was a bug and is fixed in 5.2.5.0 If this brings your experience to 5 stars again, please adjust. Note that you can also reach me via SNDevs slack or submit a GitHub issue! - Noté 5 sur 5par Utilisateur ou utilisatrice 15968125 de Firefox, il y a 4 ansI really enjoy this addon, but unfortunately I spotted a bug that drives me crazy. If you have it installed in your FF and you try to open a WSDL (instancename/table.do?WSDL) you will get a blank page. I checked and it works properly when the SN Utils are disabled.
EDIT:
Thank you so much for quick hotfix! Everything works beautifully now, so of course I am giving 5*.Réponse du développeur
mis en ligne : il y a 4 ansThanks for the review, I just published version 5.2.0.6. Please check if this fixes the issue!
BTW: if your experience is below 5 stars you can always ping me or create a GitHub issue. If this fix improves your experience, please update the review accordingly :)
