The add-on looks great. I'm asking to add an option to break URLs into named groups.

Does his job very well!
I would like (not sure if possible) to have the possibility to create groups of tabs to open. Example: Group Images and urls related to this context and so on. The add on works like a charm for me. Ty

And you're in luck as far as grouping goes - I thought it would be a good idea myself and seeing somebody else wants it makes it even more of a reason for me to implement that feature. Stay on the lookout these next couple weeks for an update.
