No way to set settings.

It works well, but I feel it could use some more options for customization.

For example:
- hide read items
- mark items read, when you open them in the browser
- a more compact view of each item, since I feel there is a lot of wasted space
- maybe display the favicon of each feed, for easier recognition of each item?
