Yeah I also think that the UI is a little confusing. The 4 window icons are too prominent, big and colorful compared to HOW OFTEN (I think) they are used. Especially the close window one. I would put these inside an ellipsis menu in the top right.
Bug: after picking a window color, the view doesn't return to show all tabs. I need to open the picker dialog again and click X to return. This is in contrast with renaming a window, which correctly returns to the main view.
The color picker dialog is really confusing. I don't understand what logic the pre-selected pastel colors are ordered by, e.g. the blue hues are all over the place.
I don't like the tinted hues of the dark mode. I would prefer a dark gray mode, not a "dark green mode", if you see what I mean. The color scheme is just unnatural, including the windows colors.
I hope these issues can be fixed in the future, otherwise it's a really useful extension to cut through the tab chaos! - Se valoró con 1 de 5por LS, hace 5 añosAfter installing, I wanted the sidebar to go away, so I pressed the red "X" button. All of my 415 tabs closed. I see now the top "X" for closing the sidebar. Too late for me, and I've lost productivity trying to get those tabs back. ____ Wish the pop-up forced you to read the deletion notice by having another button to confirm. Many people will click the red "X" button automatically without seeing the message. The red button shouldn't assume that you will hover over it to get the notice. I'm sure this has happened to many others. Heads up.

publicado el hace 4 añosI'm so sorry about your loss. So you pressed the "Close this window" button ( when you hover over with the mouse, it also says "Close this window" - and the text in the top of the extension also changes to "Close this window" )
But you assumed it would close the sidebar, is that right? And you had one window open with 415 tabs?
Argh.
Were you able to recover the tabs by going to the firefox history, and reopen them?
To be honest, adding an additional step when closing a window would also reduce the simplicity of the extension. One of the nice features about it is that you can quickly close many windows while cleaning up your workspace. - Se valoró con 5 de 5por chmohler, hace 5 años

the extension is really useful for focusing on one problem at a time. Instead of having too many tabs.
This extension is a must have. i thank it should have a different name though. - Se valoró con 5 de 5por MBoskovic, hace 5 años

I keep it open on the sidebar, and it has really helped me find the tabs i'm looking for. I like to use the search bar at the bottom, it will highlight the tabs your looking for. It also shows the tabs that are open in other firefox windows, which is something else i really like. Thanks to whoever made this.

For example 'social media', 'development', 'devops', 'home', .... and to get any new window that opens to land in the correct one of these. Currently the allocation is manual and theoretically once setup it wouldn't be much work at all. Setup works in TMP, excepting it is NOT PERSISTED. The tabs will remain together but the newly added titles do not stay. Once Markus adds a few more features on top of the *fixed version* of this plugin we will be well on the way to utopia. At that time my 4 stars will become 5.
New Features I'd desire to see include:
1. Keyboard shortcut to enter the 'search' input (Oo I found it - Shift-CMD-M by default on Mac)
2. Auto-assignment to categoriesed windows of newly opened URL. Initially can be simply based on pattern matching or base URLs. Work up to baysian learning, or based on other people's classifications.
Other Issues
----
1. 26.11.20 - One month later. Tonight either TMP or FireFox or another Addon (but i've never seen this happen before installing TMP), nearly every tab from every window moved to the one window. It left 1 or 2 tabs behind in each window. Pretty annoying as I purposely organise the tabs into windows. - Se valoró con 3 de 5por CC, hace 5 añosThis is an ok organizational tool for, like, a sitting. But for some reason every time I leave and come back to my computer after a day or two the headings I've set up for each open window just disappear. I have 4 windows with multiple tabs open in each, grouped by the different things I'm using those tabs for. I want to be able to easily and quickly go to the right window for what I want to do, but I always have to start by re-naming and color coding everything because it just... loses those settings after a while. It's annoying enough that I might look for a different add-on for this eventually.

- Se valoró con 4 de 5por Jens, hace 5 añosAlmost just what I'm looking for... would be neat and I guess more transparent to have actual screenshots of the sites in the overview and not just icons.
I know would take up more space but doesn't need to be detailed, just a much better hint to remember what the tab is about.
Any plans for that? - Se valoró con 5 de 5por Abd-Meherbaan, hace 5 años

publicado el hace 5 añosMake sure you don't have the "Limit Tabs Per Window" setting set to a too low value. If you set it to 1, then you can only have 1 tab per window.
If you set it to 0, then the setting will be ignored. - Se valoró con 5 de 5por eUROs, hace 5 añosI love this Addon. I ve been using it on other Browsers and Today i have discovered that its included on Firefox as well! I like the feature of automatic scrolling and showing in the list where is the tab is open at the moment! Excellent job guys!
