    Added option to choose target power range as target + 10%, or fixed zones.

    Fixed zones should be somewhat similar to those described at https://support.wahoofitness.com/hc/en-us/articles/7671514838674-Wahoo-SYSTM-Outdoor-Structured-Workouts. Target + 10% is the previous behaviour, and can result in lots of short intervals.
