1. Introduction

Welcome to Pocket Tabs ("Service", "App"), operated by Fulllion Creative Works ("us", "we", or "our"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of our web application accessible at pocket-tabs.com and any related services provided by Pocket Tabs.

Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the Service.
2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, then you may not access the Service.
3. Use of the Service

Pocket Tabs provides a service to save, organize, and manage browser tabs and links. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to use the Service:

In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
To save or share content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
To impersonate or attempt to impersonate us, our employees, another user, or any other person or entity.


1. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account using Google Sign-In. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for any activities or actions under your account. You agree to notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
5. User Content

Our Service allows you to save links, titles, descriptions, and tags ("User Content"). You retain all of your rights to any User Content you submit, post, or display on or through the Service, and you are responsible for protecting those rights. We take no responsibility and assume no liability for User Content you or any third party posts on or through the Service.
6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Fulllion Creative Works and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.
7. Disclaimers

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.
8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Fulllion Creative Works, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
any content obtained from the Service; and
unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content,


whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Privacy Policy
1. Introduction

Fulllion Creative Works ("us", "we", or "our") operates the Pocket Tabs application (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data.
2. Information Collection and Use

We collect several different types of information for various purposes to provide and improve our Service to you.
Types of Data Collected

Personal Data: While using our Service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you ("Personal Data"). When you sign in using Google, we receive your Google account identifier (UID), email address, and display name as provided by Google. This information is used to create and manage your Pocket Tabs account.
Usage Data (Links and Groups): We collect the links (URLs, titles, descriptions, tags) you save to the Service and how you group them. This data is directly associated with your user account.
Data from Browser Extension: If you use our associated Pocket Tabs browser extension, it will access the URL and title of your currently active browser tab *only when you explicitly activate the extension* to send the tab to our Service. This information is passed directly to our Service (https://pocket-tabs.com/app) as URL parameters to help you save the link. The extension itself does not store this information persistently nor share it with other third parties. The handling of this information by our Service is then covered by this Privacy Policy.
AI Interaction Data: If you use AI-powered features like tag suggestions, the input provided (e.g., link URL, title) is sent to our AI service provider (Google, via Genkit) to generate suggestions. We do not store these AI interactions beyond what is necessary for the feature to function.


1. Use of Data

Fulllion Creative Works uses the collected data for various purposes:

To provide and maintain our Service (e.g., saving and retrieving your links).
To allow you to participate in interactive features of our Service when you choose to do so.
To provide customer support.
To monitor the usage of our Service and gather analysis or valuable information so that we can improve our Service.
To detect, prevent, and address technical issues.


1. Data Storage and Transfer

Your information, including Personal Data and User Content (links, groups, tags), is stored using Firebase Firestore, a cloud-hosted NoSQL database provided by Google. Your data may be stored and processed on servers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction.

Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by your submission of such information represents your agreement to that transfer.
5. Disclosure of Data

Fulllion Creative Works will not sell or rent your Personal Data. We may disclose your Personal Data in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to:

To comply with a legal obligation.
To protect and defend the rights or property of Fulllion Creative Works.
To prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the Service.
To protect the personal safety of users of the Service or the public.
To protect against legal liability.


1. Security of Data

The security of your data is important to us but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data (such as Firebase's built-in security features and recommended security rules), we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
7. Your Data Protection Rights

You have certain data protection rights. Fulllion Creative Works aims to take reasonable steps to allow you to correct, amend, delete, or limit the use of your Personal Data.

Access, Update or Delete: You can access and update your account information directly through your Google account. You can delete your saved links and groups within the Pocket Tabs application. To request deletion of your entire account and associated data from Pocket Tabs, please contact us.
Account Deletion: If you delete your Google account, or if we are notified by Google that your account is disabled, access to your data within Pocket Tabs will be severed. You can also request full data deletion by contacting us.


1. Service Providers (Third Parties)

We employ third-party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service ("Service Providers"), provide the Service on our behalf, perform Service-related services, or assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.

Firebase (Google): We use Firebase for authentication (Google Sign-In), database (Firestore), and potentially other backend services. Firebase's privacy policy can be found at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
Genkit (Google AI): For AI features like tag suggestions, we use Google's AI models through Genkit. Information processed by these models is subject to Google's AI privacy policies.


1. Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13 ("Children"). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. We will let you know via email and/or a prominent notice on our Service, prior to the change becoming effective and update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy.

You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
