Support is a joke, asks for logs and doesn't read them, blaming the browser. This is the most recent update to the extension, it used to work just fine. It appears to have not undergone testing prior to release.

I want to assure you that we do review all logs submitted to us; however, identifying and resolving software conflicts can sometimes be complex and with limited outcomes.

Thought latest up-date would solve the obvious issues. Terrible problems with different editions, change to latest and then find it hasn't removed all the old version's files which makes it an actual drawback compared to Firefox, etc. Not clear how to up-date info - saves far too much, too often. Master password should have option to stay open until session ends. After NordVPN I was looking forward to using this .

Clicco "Copia password" e incolla solo 3 o 4 cifre.
Non sempre appare l'icona nei campi user e password, nonostante io abbia tutti i permessi abilitati.

No longer. Why they insist on fannying around and launching untested updates that make the user experience worse defeats me.

Update: the app now prevents log-in because it flags ITSELF as a phishing threat.

It seems there might have been some confusion with the app versions. Our standalone extension does support Windows Hello as a login option, and it operates independently from the desktop app. If you’re encountering issues with this feature or if it’s not appearing as an option, we’d like to look into this.
Regarding the app flagging itself as a phishing threat, this sounds quite unusual, and we take such reports seriously. Could you provide more details about what you were doing when this happened?

Customer service instructs to install Nordpass Desktop version and extension without guidance which extension to choose. Re-ask NordPass without success. So installed NordPass Extension (app-version) - doesn't provide any copy/paste support, only autofill (which fairly often fails to fill-in properly). In all, a very clumsy password manager to use. User interface not on par with competitors.

2010 to now.
last pass fails for all local cameras here and 3 local servers
NorDpass work on all sites.
I have 190 sites in DB and all work.
yes some did not (14 years history), even walmart fails.
some sites, keep changing the log in codes (programming) and now it fails. (reality)
Later Nordpass learns this and corrects it.
this is true for all like apps on earth
it has to learn the login code steps,(tabs) etc.
I only use newest Firefox and paid NORDpass
I love it. could go 10 stars, yes.
all things like this the user has learning curve.
I say give it a chance,. huh?
I used export and import to get my 190 sites
zero problems at all. on internet and my local IntRAnet.
if you have problems ask them.
or turn off all other extensions (temp) to see if others, make Nordpass mess up. << bingo
for sure turn off pop up blockers etc. as a test.
