I have been using Firefox, for many years and Dishita's download program has been the best available on the net, when YouTube make changes he is on it straight away to get the down loader working again, he always responds to any emails, and he has created the fastest add free downloader that I can find, I highly recommend this Easy Youtube Video Downloader Express as the best out there.
Nine months later and I'm still using Dishita's fantastic program. I mainly use it to download youtube videos so I can watch them without the adds and then delete them. occasionally I save one for watching later. It's fast and makes watching Youtube videos a pleasure.

I've been using this extension for quite awhile. Love it. Can't imagine anyone not rating it highly. It has one job and it does it very well.

no work directs you to pay

This has been an invaluable tool for anyone learning or researching various subjects found in YouTube videos.

The developer is great. When YouTube breaks a code - if you inform him, he is quick to fix it.

This works well and is quickly updated when YouTube/Google makes changes to subvert download utilities.

I've been using this extension for quite a long time, and I'm very happy with the way it works (read: it's intuitive and easy to use). Also, the support on this is great. The author updates the extension very quickly when things change on Youtube (as they do), and answers promptly to emails. Highly recommended!

doesnt work anymore !!

For the last few days it's been almost impossible to download MP4 720p. Any chance this is something that can be fixed?

It doesn't work as well as it used to. Have to refresh page repeatedly to actually be able to download. It always says 0KB on the first try. Edit: Thank you so much for fixing it! This developer is the best!

Literally added a massive paywall to download anything that isn't 144p quality, I would give this 0 out of 5 if I could

Almost perfect, downloads YT vids as expected. Paywall for HQ vids but that is stated clearly. Problem is, when EYVDE is enabled, opening a video's page leaves that video not playing, waiting to be started. Ordinarily when opening a video's page, the video starts playing immediately. No other YT specific app changes YT's behavior this way. This should be examined by the developer. Another negative is the developer only accepts messages from paying customers. Such behavior is just dumb. I won't pay for a program if I see it has a problem, but cannot tell the developer because he chooses not to listen.

garbage dosent work and asks to buy premium

Sometimes it doesn't work but you have to clear your browser cache,restart your browser and then it works.You can also clear the youtube/google cookies in Firefox,log in youtube again and it works.I do that and I also use CCleaner and it works like a a charm.
