3) This extension does NOT sync or send any information to any remote server. It only uses local storage (storage.local) to store user settings.

4) Upon installation or update, the extension opens a static support page to inform users about new features, release notes, or how to use the extension effectively. This support page includes the following:

4.1) A feature/bug report form where users can optionally submit feedback or issues. Submissions may include email addresses or bug descriptions only if voluntarily entered by the user.
