Plasma Desktop Fix by berrylium

Features:
- Ensure new windows/tabs appear on the current desktop and activity.(e.g. when opening a link)
- Remember the last used desktops and activities for each window, and restore them when the window is reopened.
- An external program is used to move the windows around, and an id@ identifier is added to the windows' titles.

Requirements: Linux, Plasma desktop
