- Rated 1 out of 5by Trellisdublin, a year agoUnfortunately, it doesn't work anymore. Don't know why actually. Tried to deinstall and reinstall it. Nothing seems to work. Quite frustrating, because I am paying for this service. Don't I? Even more frustrating, because it used to work very good.

Never had this problem with the desktop-based add-on. I will not be renewing my NordPass subscription. The macOS desktop app is very sluggish as well. 1Password on Linux is better than NordPass on macOS.

All it does is disable the auto-fill-in which means I have to manually enter every password. So it doesn't do what it is supposed to do and this is what I paid for? What a rip-off! BUYER BEWARE!

Why is the standalone app no longer recognised as being a source of data by the browser? This update has made a paid-for product really awful. Please fix it or I'll be looking to switch app very quickly.
- Rated 1 out of 5by Angrier, a year agoI don't know what's happened, but the NordPass firefox extension has suddenly rendered NordPass unworkable. It will no longer open a website, remeber ID's, usernames or passwords. It is worse than useless

- Rated 1 out of 5by chuck norris, a year agoI really don't know how they screwed this up so much, having both a master password and an account password, even after I have done 2FA to log into the website, where upon then the extension takes over and then asks for my master password which I can't get because trying to go to the site which has the hash I need to reset my master password forces me back into the extension, so I have to use another device, but their android app doesn't even have biometric integration, it just opens the website to authenticate, so I can't get it there, and if you try to disable the plugin, the website doesn't even load, so I can't login to write down any information I might need, ... and so on and so forth... this is so stupid and unusable unless you write down both your password and your master password... how about hey, here is my thumb print, now please remind me my passwords ... I mean what even is the point of the master password to begin with...
- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 18450962, a year agoTerrible update. 12month paid user, old desktop app was brilliant, made my life sane again under heavy handed corp security settings, i was secure but easy. This extension however defeated their own security, i'm literally now back to txt file passwords on desktop since it wants master or normal password every single day on every single browser. yep. 'leave ext unlocked' sometimes sticks, but even when it does i still have to unlock 4x browsers and 1x app per day minimum. Their own app slogan "simplify your life" was absolutely true, until this extension released. To fix it it needs a 'disable per browser' login required setting (not 'unlock'), if i have to do that sign in per browser then i may as well use free per browser login/profiles/pwd saves, which was the entire point of going with a single paid pwd manager. Don't buy it while this feature is enabled. Just don't.

- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 16488383, a year agoThere seems to be no way to add the extension. I removed it, then looked around and tried to find the new extension. Searched and found a way to add it and the old extension was added.

This required me to add the Firebox extension for Nordpass, which I appear to have done. But nowhere do I see where I can start using my old Nordpass app or settings. Also, when I log in to an old website, Nordpass does not show up as it always did on my old computer. Highly aggravating.

posted a year agoHi there, you should be able to see NordPass add-on in the Extensions section in your Firefox browser (look for a puzzle icon on the top right corner).In case you don't see it then go to Manage Your Extensions settings and make sure that Nordpass extension is enabled. When it's enabled you should see it every time you press that puzzle icon on the top right corner.

Vous avez d'ailleurs plusieurs application (Nord VPN, Nord pass, VPN ... on s'y perd). Maintenant je dois entrer mon "recovery code" et je ne sais pas pourquoi ... Et TOUS mes accès à mes différentes plateformes, sites etc. sont bloqué par Nord VPN et je ne sais pas comment faire, je n'ai surtout pas la patience de comprendre comment fonctionne VPN ou Nord VPN il y a trop d'informations et de plus elles sont en anglais ..... Je vais simplement sortir VPN de mon moteur de recherche et trouver une autre manière de sécuriser mes mots de passes
