by Mark, a year agoAutofill does NOT work. Whole reason I have this extension is for that but does not work. Have to manually go in and copy/paste. Been broken too for a long time so idk if Nord is going to bother fixing it.

posted a year agoHey Mark, I'm Dominik and I work as Product Manager at NordPass. We are crafting plan to massively fix issues with autofill at once for repetitive errors through machine learning techniques, but at the same time we're still investigating errors website by website.
Please let me know on which sites do you face the problem most often. Also, please ensure that you have given NordPass a permission to automatically fill the data by right clicking on the extension logotype in the Firefox browser and selecting "Manage extension" from the dropdown list.
On the other hand, directly in the NordPass application settings (not settings of Firefox store) that are hidden under the gear icon you can find section for Autofill & Autosave functionalities. Please double check how they are set - if you haven't blocked autofill for certain websites and if instant login option is turned on to make your experience way, way more comfortable.

- Rated 2 out of 5by Kirchner, 17 days agoGood password manager, but terrible and slow customer service. I had to remove the MFA on my account due to a new phone and I did not have access to my recovery codes anymore. After jumping through several hoops, each taking a day for them to respond, I was suddenly asked to resubmit everything I had already submitted. I will rather reset all my passwords than deal with Nord in the future. Will definitely not consider any of their products again.
