- Rated 4 out of 5by RichardJT, a year agoI've been looking for a pop-up word definer ever since seeing an example on MS Edge. It's great no longer having to use "Search in Google" to find a word def and messily opening a new tab.i gave it only 4 stars bc there's always room for improvement in everything. One change I would make is not having to use 2 mouse clicks to get a def (right click on a highlighted word then left click on the "Define" entry): I would make it so clicking the add-on icon in the toolbar when a word is highlighted opens the pop-up window with the word defined. It already opens the pop-up so I don't see the issue. Thanks and Cheers, r
- Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 13888127, a year agoAwesome extension. UI/UX is excellent and snappy. Please please please add wiktionary to the sources for definitions and pronunciations. Forvo would also be an excellent pronunciation source.
- Rated 5 out of 5by quantumx3, a year agoExtremely clean and quick interface! Easy to use and even if something is not in the dictionary, I can quickly do a Google search at my fingertips. Would like to see a thesaurus addon to itt, but good job!
- Rated 3 out of 5by Perpetualoop, a year agoIt works, however I would like to be able to save the words I research and be able to export them in a beautiful yet minimalist formatted document. I would also like to import and export history. A big problem is that it is using a shrunken standard web browser which does not properly restructure the data to the window.
- Rated 4 out of 5by Vikrant, a year agoThis is a perfect pop-up dictionary add-on and I have been searching for such kind of stuff from past two weeks.
Although as an improvement I would like it to have a "SAVE WORD" button to look up the list later on. It will help improve my vocabulary as well.
I will not forget to rate it five star if that as well is implemented. Although I have to admit that at this point of time as well it is a piece of art. - Rated 3 out of 5by gamerz651, a year agoWas an excellent addon, but too many websites where the window doesnt appear.
- Rated 4 out of 5by Corey, a year agoThis would be perfect If I could add more than one custom dictionary.

It's dying for a Thesaurus though!
I tried adding a thesaurus site in the custom configurable source but I couldn't get it to work. Is there a tutorial for this anywhere? - Rated 5 out of 5by IronyFerrum, a year agoReally useful, would love the ability to add more than one custom source!
- Rated 5 out of 5by Ashlalala, 2 years agoHello, thank you for the extension, it's great.
Please consider adding a function to add a language (in the Google Translate section) to 'favourites' so that a list of your, let's say 5 'favorited' languages comes up first in the long list of all languages that comes up when selecting a language.
Your extension will save me and maybe other people even more time.
Just so you know, this feature is present on the actual Google Translate webpage. - Rated 5 out of 5by MartyVanB, 2 years agoI use this everyday, multiple times a day. Any nits I may have to pick don't come close to knocking off a star from my rating.
- Rated 5 out of 5by Vigneshwaran, 2 years agoMust have for people who knows less vocabularies. Also works as handy translator which is very useful when you read content in non-native languages.
- Rated 5 out of 5by shade, 2 years agoThe best, most customizable, reliable dictionary popup extension I've ever used!! I wish it was available on chromium too.

- Rated 3 out of 5by Blendo, 2 years agoConstantly fiddling with the controls, so it doesn't annoy with popups of words that I'm highlighting for other reasons that have nothing to do with the is app.

- Rated 4 out of 5by Pi Lo, 2 years agoSo far really good. When needing a quick definition, I would often have to open a tab for a specific website. I can get that from Definer.
One main issue is that you can use either the dictionary OR the translator, not both at the same time.
As a non-English speaker, I'd rather search for the English definition AND get the translation in my mother tongue if needed.
Please, add a tab to access the translation from a definition, and conversely.
Maybe also add links to the thesaurus?
I do like the custom source feature with dynamic fields! I was able to easily add the Meriam Webster dictionary or Thesaurus. If we could create several custom sources (with different custom icons), that would be great. I could expand on the capabilities of a great tool! - Rated 5 out of 5by Darbinger, 2 years ago
