Note: To better capture focused activities like video watching, tracking continues unless you are inactive (no mouse or keyboard use) for 30 minutes.

When you select a date range (like "This Week," "This Month," or "All Time") in the Options & Statistics page, a new "Total Time Online" statistic will appear, giving you a clear overview of your cumulative online activity for that period.
